How much space do I need?
Teepee's measure 195cm x 97cm for the longer mattress, and 160cm x 1m for the shorter mattress
The 4m bell tent needs 6m x 6m of flat grass to pitch
The 5m bell tent needs 7m x 7m of flat grass to pitch
I am unable to pitch on artificial grass or paving.
How long does it take to set up?
It will take up to 1 hour to set up the teepees and picnic tables, depending on the size of your booking.
Bell tents take up to 2 hours to set up.
Do you set up the tents and tables?
Yes, we do everything for you. We come and set up at an agreed time and come back and collect the following day.
How do I pay?
An invoice for a holding deposit will be sent to you (please note your booking isn't secure until your holding deposit has been paid).
An invoice for the balance payment will be sent to you to be paid one week before your booking date.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is free if you live within 10 miles of CO7. Anywhere further than 10 miles will be charged at 45p per mile.
Can I mix themes?
Absolutely, you can mix any of themes for your booking.
Can I hire for more than one night?
Indeed you can, as long as we have availability. Extra nights will be charged at half the price of your first night.
Can I cancel my booking?
Your holding deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel after you have paid the full cost of your tent hire, we are unable to refund you unless we are able to rebook the teepee's, tents or bell tent for the same date. If this happens we may offer the tent at a reduced price to encourage a late booking and any money we recover we will refund to you.
In the event of extreme weather conditions making it impossible to erect the bell tent, we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for losses or other costs incurred as a result. In this situation we will work with you to offer you an alternative date, where possible.
We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. In the very unlikely event of this happening, a full refund will be made, however we cannot accept responsibility or liability for losses or any other costs incurred as a result.
