COVID-19 MEASURES

Slumber Tents have undertaken an accredited Infection Control and Prevention course before following this Method Statement.
Following the Government's recent regulation, use of the hire equipment can only be for a maximum of six people from the same household. Where customers are found in breach of this, Slumber Tents will not be responsible for any fine imposed upon the hirer.
Social distancing rules will apply during set up and collection.
We will require the designated room to be free from other members of the household/party and windows or doors should be open for ventilation.
Cross contamination between households will be eliminated by introducing a rest period of 3 days/72 hours between hire and additional cleaning before and after use.
We will be practicing excellent hygiene and will be using fresh clothing with disinfection spray alongside hand sanitizer.
Equipment will be thoroughly cleaned or disinfected before it can be rehired. Everything that can be machine washed will be done so at 60 degrees to eliminate any possible cross contamination.
Blankets, sheets and pillowcases for sleepovers for the hirer to use will be washed and placed in a fastened bag 72 hours prior to delivery. All blankets, sheets and pillowcases will be stripped by us and placed in a fastened bag on collection.
The client must notify Slumber Tents before delivery if there are any members of the household(s) who have tested positive for COVID-19 or are presenting with symptoms in the run up to or during hire. Slumber Tents will also notify the hirer if at any point any members of our household become unwell with any symptoms of COVID-19 and reserve the right to cancel the hire if this situation arises. All deposits/payments can be moved to a new date if the hirer/Slumber Tents need to cancel because of this, or a full refund will be given.
Slumber Tents will be adhering to strict hygiene measures in the hope to prevent any spread of COVID-19. However, it is impossible to guarantee that no cross contamination of the virus can happen nor can Slumber Tents be blamed for any possible COVID-19 infection.
